Immaculate Conception Church is seeking a Parish Secretary to provide receptionist, scheduling, secretarial, clerical, and recordkeeping services for the parish office operations. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, benefits eligible, hourly position. Applicants must possess basic knowledge of word processing in a variety of computer programs, be proficient in keyboarding and data entry, effectively communicate verbally and in writing, capable of multi-tasking, able to relate in a welcoming and respectful way to a variety of persons, and be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters. Previous work experience in office administration, computer hardware and software is desirable.
